io avrei bisogno di avere un div fisso sopra ad una pagina scorrevole.. per fare questo pensavo di mettere un iframe a tutta pagina, e sopra un div.. cosi il div rimaneva bloccato e fisso in alto, mentre la pagina sotto scorre tranquillamente..

con position:absolute/fixed; non funziona.. come mai?
