Sto cercando di installare online questa applicazione (molto carina)

Trovo diversi problemi in merito come per esempio:

Sometimes it is not possible to get these functions running, so you can still use Relay and file types will be assumed by file extension.

Verifying Perl Installation... for the upload script @ http://www.sito.it/ftp/upload.pl?test ...the upload.pl script seems to be having problems. Try chmod 755 to upload. You may also need to change the 1st line to reflect the path to your perl installation, or in iis map the .pl extension to the perl executable. You may need to enable mod_cgi for .pl files. Look at the Relay Wiki on this topic for more troupshooting.

Sta cosa del file upload.pl mi interessa particolarmente perchè gestisce appunto il caricamento dei file...
Ho provato con permessi ma anche a seguire la guida ...senza successo...
