Menù in Javascript salterino

Sempre io...ho un menù che funziona con una java esterno dal mio html/css..
premetto che ti java ne so mezza ho solo fatto compia e incolla..comunque..


Questo è il codice...
è un menu di quelli slide down che quando clicci una voce si aprono le sottovoci li sotto..
il problema è che quando clicco la pagina diciamo non mi sta firma, ma mi va su..

cioè per vedere l'ultima voce devo scendere la pagina, quando ci clicco sopra la pagina ritorna su, quindi crea un fastidioso giochetto..vorrei che fosse più lineare..
e secondo me è colpa di una parolina nel java..
