Con il metodo seguente

aggiungo una riga in cima ad una tabella dopo aver compilato un FORM modale.

C'è un modo per modificare i campi della tabella già presente (anziché aggiungerne di nuovi su un'altra riga) come questa qui sotto, come se nel modulo avessi cambiato la Ragione Sociale:
