Error: Server returned unroutable private IP address in PASV reply

Ciao a tutti,
ho un problema a cui non dò soluzione. Ho un lettore multimediale (playo) in cui è installato il server ftp bftp. Il lettore "playo" funziona regolarmente all'interno della mia lan in ftp, ma quandoprovo arrivarci dall'esterno ricevo l'errore Error: Server returned unroutable private IP address in PASV reply .

il moden che ora ho è un alice gateway 2 voice plus (quello con porta usb), prima avevo uno zyxel che si è rotto (prima con quel modem funzionava e avevo anche un firmware del playo diverso). vi mostro iun allegato la configurazione port mapping creata:



il server ftp lavora in modalità passiva (ricordatevi che nella mia lan funziona!)

come potete vede, accede al server ftp, ma poi mi si blocca e non ne capisco il motivo. ho cercato in vano su google, qualcuno sa darmi un aiuto?

ecco una "bella" novità! Oggi ho provato ad accedere al lettore dal mio portatile del lavoro dalla connessione del lavoro e...funziona!!!!!

da verificare il perchè, in quanto credo che il router abbia problemi quando è acceso anche il computer in casa e quando riceve pacchetti ftp non sappia a chi mandarli pur avendo il port mapping configurato...vi sembra plausibile???
