SOS .. collegamento a phpMyAdmin KO

Ciao ..
non riesco più ad aprire phpMyAdmin (atraverso EasyPHP), mi dà la seguente videata ..
l'unica cosa che ho fatto di strano è copiare i 3 file di una tabella di un DB in un altro DB, e una volta visto che la tabella veniva vista li ho cancellati.
Ho prfovato anche a ricopiarli nella cartella da dove li avevo cancellati .. ma niente.

Qualcuno mi sa aiutare ?

mi sembra di ricordare che con le tabelle myisam sia abbastanza tollerato lo spostamento selvaggio di file fra db, dato che ogni tabella ha un proprio set di file. con le innodb, no.
non puoi ripristinare i file ?
oppure recuperare da un file di backup, (ne hai fatto uno, vero??)

non è che semplicemente mysql si è fermato per qualche ragione? prova a riavviarlo.
