problema csrss - apllicazione non in system32!! nn riesco a elimnarlo!!!!

Salve a tutti, sono nuova nel forum quindi cercherò di spiegarvi il problema al mio meglio:
mi sono ritrovata con questa applicazione csrss in C:\Users\andreea\AppData\Local\Temp e se nn sbaglio l'applicazione da quello che ho capito dovrebbe trovarsi solo in system32 e nn al di fuori.. poi anche Dwm non dovrebbe trovarsi sempre nel sistema? che ci fa in C:\Users\andreea\AppData\Roaming\dwm.exe????
vorrei eliminarli ma nn vorrei nemmeno combinare qualche pasticcio.. cosa devo fare? ho scaricato hijackthis e viene fuori questo:

vorrei aggiornare il messaggio precedente dicendovi che windows defender ha rilevato anche Backdoor:Win32/Cycbot.B !!! anche se gli dico rimuovi.. lo trovo sempre lì....consigliatemi cosa fare!!

parto con il dirti che nell'elenco di voci da fleggare e eliminare di Hijackthis non c'è la prima C:\ .... dwm nn so come mai.. mi sembra strano!!!

tra l'altro mentre girava malawarebytes si è svegliato anche avira che ha trovato questo che ti allego

Cancella tutto ciò che ha trovato, poi ripeti la scansione, ma questo volta esegui la scansione completa, tu hai effettuato la scansione veloce.

Ti lascio alla scansione, non so se riuscirò a riconnettermi prima di domani pomeriggio.
