inseriti i vari link per testare l'applicazione ricevo come errore: Oops! This page appears broken. HTTP 404 - File not found.
come posso risolvere questo problema?

Molto probabilmente hai censito male la servlet, l'errore 404 è data dal server quando trova associato ad un determinato URL una pagina o una servlet. Ricontrolla il web.xml dell'applicazione e l'indirizzo digitato nel browser.

se inserisco come url: http://localhost/DBProcedures/ funziona se invece inserisco:
http://localhost/DBProcedures/Contro...ame=nomeUtente
http://localhost/DBProcedures/Contro...r=1&price=1330
http://localhost/DBProcedures/Contro...e&idpurchase=4
mi salta fuori l'errore 404.
Controllo la servlet e il web.xml.

prova a postare il web.xml e la servlet in questione.
Domanda: ma tu hai direttamente il tomcat configurato sulla porta 80 (invcece della 8080) oppure passi per un apache tramite connettore ajp (o http) ?

Ecco appunto...quindi non è l'unica cosa da verificare, oltre al web.xml posta anche il httpd.conf o altri file di apache in cui puoi aver inserito delle configurazioni che possono influireOriginariamente inviato da Uccio87
