l'immagine sotto me la da doppia cioè è come se allungasse il body.
perchè hai inserito html, body , quindi lui ne inserisce una per html e una per body, prova a rimuovere HTML, quindi:
codice:body { width:100%; background:url(../images/document/background.jpg) center bottom no-repeat; } div#contentAll { position:relative; width:960px; min-height:500px; margin:0 auto; margin-bottom:400px; }
