[VB.net] lanciare applicazione

Ho questo riga di codice:

che se lanciata via Prompt funziona mentre se lanciata da VS2010 in debug non va e mi da questo errore:

The system cannot find the file specified

Si apre VLC ma mi da errore:


Lettura file non riuscita:
VLC non può aprire il file "C:\Users\Packard Bell\Desktop\Watch_Folder_ByFab\WindowsApplication 1\WindowsApplication1\bin\Debug\ C:\Users\Packard Bell\Downloads\eMule\Incoming\Thunderstruck.mp3".

L'ingresso non può essere aperto:
VLC non è in grado di aprire il MRL 'file:///C:/Users/Packard%20Bell/Desktop/Watch_Folder_ByFab/WindowsApplication1/WindowsApplication1/bin/Debug%2F%20C%3A/Users/Packard%20Bell/Downloads/eMule/Incoming/Thunderstruck.mp3'. Controlla il registro per i dettagli.

Eppure il file è corretto.

C'era un carattere di troppo.

Di nulla e ricorda che i percorsi con nomi lunghi e/o spazi devono essere racchiusi tra virgolette.
