[VB.NET] System.IO.FileNotFoundException: Could not load file or assembly

Ciao Ragazzi,

sto sviluppando un'applicazione che però attualmente funziona solo sul pc dove ho installato il VB.NET 2008

portando il programma su altri pc

riscontro un errore eseguento questo codice:

l'errore che ricevo è il seguente...ma non so come risolvere
