In uscita da un popup

Ciao a tutti!

Premettendo che non conosco molto JavaScript se non a livello di modificare qualcosa qui e lì, cos'è in questo script che, all'uscita dal popup, mi crea spazio sopra e sotto un altro script?

La pagina in questione è questa:

Cliccando sul primo film (Riparo) si apre una finestra ma, cliccando fuori e chiedendola, la testata (che è un animazione jquery) si disalinea...

Guardando bene, non è in uscita, è proprio mentre si apre il popup che si disalinea la parte superiore del sito.
