Salve oggi mi sono arrivati i dati del dedicato pagato ieri, vabbè ci carico dentro i miei file li estraggo ecc, installo Mysql tramite il codice
cd /usr/ports/databases/mysql50-server/
intalla appena finito inserisco questo:
mysqladmin –u root password (nuova password)
e
mysql -u root –p
ma mi da questo errore:
mysqladmin: connect to server at 'localhost' failed
error: 'Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/tmp/mysql.sock' (2) '
Check that mysqld is running and that the socket: '/tmp/mysql.sock' exists!
Vado a controllare in /tmp e vedo che il file mysql.sock non ce come mai?
come lo inserisco vi prego aiuto
