Win Xp lentissimo all'avvio... help

Il mio Sony Vaio è alla frutta.
Per far apparire le icone del desktop, ci mette più di 4 minuti
Chiedo aiuto per poter eliminare quella che secondo voi rallenti in questo modo eclatante.
Ho già controllato il file hijackthis e non credo che abbia virus (ma voi ne saprete più di me).
Ho moltissima spazzatura ma vorrei da voi un aiuto a decifrarla

... avevo disabilitato un po di cose dai servizi, utilizzando serrvices.msc, ed al riavvio il computer è un lampo ad aprire Win (1 minuto per caricare i programmi)
...comunque, resta valido l'invido ad aiutarmi ad eliminare le cose inutili postate con HijackThis.
