I'm new on this forum and for apache!

I'm developping a new intranet for my organization!

I'm using Apache and the engine of joomla (only for the backend "user friendly").

Apache have a strange behavior, so i need help!

I had two domains on active directory, one for Europe and one for USA.
If someone from Europe try to connect, all works fine.

if someone from USA try to connect an error message will be displayed

ERROR 401......
Apache/2.2.21 (Win32) mod_ssl/2.2.21 OpenSSL/1.0.0e PHP/5.3.8 mod_auth_sspi/1.0.4 mod_perl/2.0.4 Perl/v5.10.1


in the httpd.conf i have this line:
require valid-user

with this line in europe can login in automatically (Single Sign On), but from USA they can't see the page (error 401)
if i disable this line, from Europe the Single sign On doesn't work, but the USA people can see the web page


How can i fix this problem??
