Rendere visibile elemento a seconda del radio selezionato

Vorrei che a seconda del click dei radio mi visualizzi una scritta che è stata nascosta

Si ho cercato ma niente che mi funzionava o soddisfaceva
Diciamo anche che sono un pò negato di javascript e jquery
