Ho realizzato un piccolo giochino in Java e lo vorrei distribuire ma non saprei quale licenza adottare (ho letto la GNU GPL ver. 1-2-3, quella OpenSource, BSD e MIT).
Questi sono i paletti che vorrei adottare:
1) copiare, modificare e distribuire il programma senza scopo di lucro
2) citare autore (o almeno il sito web) del progetto di partenza

Quale è quella più adatta? :ciauz:

Puoi usare la GPL, questa infatti obbliga a redistribuire il codice sotto GPL.
BSD e MIT sono più permissive e permettono l'utilizzo a scopi commerciali.

Detto questo: nessuna di quelle licenze blocca la vendita (https://www.gnu.org/philosophy/selling.html)

Grazie per la risposta: ti volevo chiedere (poiché me lo sono scordato) se, nella GPL, vale il principio di "software senza alcuna garanzia". E' un semplice giochino ma non vorrei prendermi responsabilità. Grazie
