Ciao a tutti, ho un problema con la funzione mail()

Uso Easy php e da una pagina in locale del mio sito voglio inviare una mail tramite un form. L'errore che mi viene restituito è questo:

Warning: mail(): Failed to connect to mailserver at "127.0.0.1" port 25, verify your "SMTP" and "smtp_port" setting in php.ini or use ini_set()
Nel file php.ini ho questa configurazione:

Come posso risolvere? Se non ricordo male ho sempre usato questa configurazione per altri siti e ha sempre funzionato. Non capisco perchè adesso ci sia questo problema.
