ho un virus ma norton non lo vede!

Ho spedito un file al lavoro... e poco dopo mi arriva una mail dalla sede con questa notifica:

Questo messaggio effettivamente dice che la scansione della la tua e-mail ha rivelato la presenza di un virus e quindi è stata bloccata ed è stato notificato a te tale messaggio.

Poi pero sotto dice

58 errori(no virus) riscontrati

NESSUN VIRUS è stato scoperto

Credo che la mail sia stata bloccata perche sono stati riscontrati comunque errori ma non virus in quei file(58 errori) e lo scanner di messaggi Sweep ti ha notificato la presenza di tali errori.
Hai detto che Norton non ha rivelato niente, se lo hai aggiornato
con le ultime definizioni e lui non rileva nulla vuol dire che non
c'è traccia di virus sul tuo pc e puoi stare tranq.Se poi vuoi essere sicuro al 100% fai una scansione del tuo pc online su www.symantec.it
e se da risultato negativo sulla presenza di virus manda a quel paese
chi ha installato sto Sweep scanner perche significa che genera falsi allarmi.

mi sa che opto per mandarli a quel paese!
Ho il norton aggiornatissimo (ho fatto l'update proprio ieri, un'ora prima di ricevere quella mail da terroristi) e ho pure fatto un controllo alla symantec...
Forse non riconosce l'estensione rar... o forse c'è un errore nella compressione del file.
Grazie comunque, con la tua risposta mi sono tranquillizzata!
