poi perche a me e stato consigliato invece:

"Il tuo MTU è OK (hai PPPoA).

Teoricamente potresti modificare
RWIN=17520
Timestamp=off"

NB: ho verificato abbiamo gli stessi risultati nel test

Lo installi modifichi il valore di RWIN e riavvia come spiegato da Fivendra nella sua guida!!
