errore con post PER FAVORE AIUTO!!!!

Ciao , ho creato il solito form di richiesta dati in formato html che invia i dati ad un file *.php con questa riga:

form name="form1" method="post" action="mail.php">

sembra andare tutto bene tranne quando dopo aver caricato i file e compilato il modulo provoa premere il tasto invia e mi appare questo mess :

HTTP Error 405
405 Method Not Allowed

The method specified in the Request Line is not allowed for the resource identified by the request. Please ensure that you have the proper MIME type set up for the resource you are requesting.

Please contact the server's administrator if this problem persists.

Cosa devo fare ?
Forse devo mettere get al posto di post?(ho provato ma non mi arriva niente)

Prova a mettere l'attributo enctype:

<form name="form1" method="post" action="mail.php" enctype="text/plan">
