Con un disco di boot...se è su un cd di win2k o superiore usa quello; se hai ilboot in floppy di win98, lo inserisci a pc spento, accndi il pc e al prompt digiti format c: invio.
Perdi i dati contenuti nell'HD.

ci sono problemi se poi voglio installare il windows 2000 ?
No, ma devi convertire la Fat in NTFS, se no funziona male, tanto vale installare direttamente Win2k.
