per caso sai anche se esiste in Outlook Express un modo per limitare lo spam?
No quello no, puoi però bloccare alcuni mittenti.

come devo fare con le regole dei messaggi?
Quasi, vai su Messaggio\blocca mittente, prima di far questo però seleziona il mittente che vuoi bloccare.
Altrimenti puoi creare una regola che sposti direttamente le mail di un certo mittente nel cestino.

Funziona con i mittenti che tu vuoi bloccare...se ti accorgi che tizio@xxxx.com ti sta spammando, gli blocchi i messaggi al tuo pc, la prima mail però ti deve arrivare perchè tu nn puoi sapere a priori se uno ti sta facendo spam.
