ieri, mi funzionava tutto correttamente, ora mi da quest'errore.
Facendo:

pasqualino:/usr/local/apache2/bin# netstat -lt | grep www
tcp 0 0 *:www *:* LISTEN

mi dice che apache è avviato...e infatti se provo ad andare a http://127.0.0.1/ funziona...solo che non mi visualizza le pagine dell'htdocs ma mi visualizza una pagina che dice:

Hai impostato il parametro DirectoryIndex in httpd.conf?

Riguarda httpd.conf

# apachectl stop
# apachectl start

controlla il file di configurazione di apache ....
e già che ci sei controlla i log, magari quelli di sicurezza ...
di solito /var/log/secure
ma anche /var/log/messages
e i log di apache
tanto per capire da dove è nato il problema visto che dici che ieri funzionava tutto,

poi facci sapere
