Ciao, sto cercando di instalalre l'eggdrop sul pc,solamente quando faccio ./congure mi da questo errore

Eggdrop requires Tcl to compile. If you already have Tcl installed on
this system, and I just wasn't looking in the right place for it, re-run
./configure using the --with-tcllib='/path/to/libtcl.so' and

and Installation' section for more information.
Allora ho provato a cercare le TCL ma ho trovato soltanto questa: libtcl8.4.so
Alllora ho rilanciato il configure in questo modo:
./configure --with-tcllib='/usr/lib/libtcl8.4.so'
ma adesso mi dice così:

La cosa strana è che io ho la TCL 8.4 e mi dice che ho una TCL troppo vecchia...
