Installazione phpwiki 1.3.10

Premesso che non so programmare in php, volevo chiedere se qualcuno mi piò dare delle dritte ad installare phpwiki 1.3.0
Uso db mysql su server apache.
Il db è bello e configurato ma seguendo le istruzioni del file install non riesco a realizzare giustamente la pagina config.ini e la index.php
Se qualcuno di voi lo ha fatto mi può dare delle dritte?
