errore 500.100 senza descrizione

da qualche tempo il mio iis 5.1 mi restituisce questo errore:

ma se sposto i file su un'altro xppro funziona perfettamente,
questo e il codice in cui restituisce l'errore

HELP!!

Controlla i permessi sulla cartella

i permessi sono ok, ho provato anche a cambiarli e impostare i livelli di sicurezza a 0 ma rimane tutto uguale

Ma visualizzare l'errore esteso HTTP da strumenti opzioni di IE, e postarlo, non sarebbe una buona idea? :E

apparte gli scherzi, purtroppo il problema è che l'unica specifica di errore che mi da è (0x8007007F) che dopo una ricerca riguarda la connessione ai db
