MDaemon e configurazione

Qualcuno di voi ha provato MDaemon?? Io sto facendo alcune prove ma non capisco per quale motivo non vengono inviate le mail... per ora non ho ancora creato account, ho semplicemente usato CDONS (smpt) per inviare delle mail ma mi sono accorta che visualizzo le Mail (che avrebbe dovuto spedire) nella scheda Mail (tra le statistiche) e non vengono inviate.

non ho letto i log....

sia MDAEMON....sia IIS
per inviare le email devono usare l'smtp DEL TUO PROVIDER di CONNESSIONE!!!!
configurali in questo modo!

MDAEMON --> configurazione (non ricordo di preciso dove... ce l'ho a casa!

come server di posta smtp ho messo l'ip del mio server

come indirizzo contatto e indirizzo di posta del server web, cosa devo mettere??

ho configurato sia il primary domain (company.mail) che i domini creati (mio dominio.it) inserendo l'IP del server ... devo fare altro?



un'ultima domanda, non ho ancora capito cosa devo mettere in esecuzione per far funzionare il servizio di posta: start mdaemom, mdaemon ghost ...oppure niente

il dominio è giusto ... quello indicato era fittizio

ma:

devo eseguire mdaemon (oppure viene caricato automaticamente?), con quale file lo eseguo?

è giusto avere mail.company per il domino primario? praticamente io uso x domini secondari (dominio.it) e su uno di questi ho installato il forum che dovrebbe inviare le mail

la configurazione indicata nel mio precedente post è corretta?

mdaemon parte automaticamente all'avvio del pc
se tra i servizi di windows..... MDAEMON e' messo come AUTOMATICO

ricordati di impostare dove ti ho detto .. il smtp del tuo provider con il quale ti colleghi a internet!

ho impostato l'IP in ISS: come server di posta smtp ho messo l'ip del mio server; ma come indirizzo contatto e indirizzo di posta del server web, cosa devo mettere??


in Mdaemon

Nel "primary domain IP" (che si chiama company.mail) devo mettere l'IP del mio server oppure quello del server SMTP?

devi mettere NON il tuo ip !!!
ma il SMTP DEL TUO RPOVIDER CON IL QUALE TI COLLEGHI A INTERNET!
