Errore di runtime all'update sul server

salve a tutti,
spero che qualcuno mi possa aiutare. Ho realizzato una applicazione in ASP.NET (VB). Sul mio PC funziona tutto perfettamente ma ora che ho messo l'applicazione sul server mi restituisce sempre questo errore:

mi rispondo da solo.....

Ho dato alla cartella dei permessi per poter ottenere una autenticazione di tipo Windows. Tra i vari utenti con permesso va inserito anche l'utente ASPNET .

Se non viene dato questo permesso si riscontra l'errore di cui sopra.
