tiscali,problemi

è da due settimane a sta parte che la mia adsl è una tragedia...in download passa da 70 k a 10,a 50 k,poi 20,poi 70,poi ancora 10...
in upload 30 fissi.
non capisco cosa possa essere,ho chiamato il 130 segnalando il problema,ma di solito ci mettono anni...
che potrebbe essere?grazie!

un sagem fast 800,quello che ti danno con tiscali adsl.
ho windows xp service pack 1.
sì ho fatto scansioni,con spybot 1.2, avevo roba che ho eliminato,ma il problema è rimasto...

hai visto se ci sono drivers aggiornati x il modem?? Usi firewalls??

ho installato gli ultimi drivers,stesso schifo di prima.
non uso firewall,neanche l'antivirus,mi ha abandonato diverso tempo fa.
non so come si faccia a sapere il ping...

quando faccio il ping questo è il risultato:
minimo 88 massimo 101 medio 94
ma io francamente non so neppure cosa sia il ping...
