Quando una persona scrive un msg salva l'IP in un file o in un db.

Allora la cosa si fa complessa.veramente ne sò poco...
I casi sono 2:
1. approfondisci lo studio di ASP
2. cerchi qualche programmatore che ti sviluppi il codice
