a che velocità sto andando?

Dopo un blocco della mia adsl TIN durato circa un'ora, ho resettato il modem ed ora sul pc l'icona del modem (vicino a quella della rete in basso a destra) mi segna 1.5 Mbps
Ho fatto il test su TIN.IT e mi risulta:
Velocità 727.67 Kbit/s(90.96 Kbyte/s)

... quindi?

... quindi ti hanno fatto l'upgrade da 640 a 1.2 Mbit nonostante il valore riportato sia 1.5 Mbit
