come faccio a rendere un navigatore 1024X768 adattabile per 800X600?????

O sono stanco di lavoro o altro ancora ma non ho ben capito cosa chiedi.

...ho ancora quella forza che ti serve, quando dici "Si comincia!"
cioe', io ho un navigatore che a risoluzione 1024x768 si vede tutto perfettamente, se cambio risoluzione allo schermo, lo faccio diventare 800x600 il mio navigatore nn si vede tutto , gli viene mangiato un pezzo sotto.....
come faccio a renderlo visibile tuttoin tutti e due i casi???
che intendi per "navigatore"?
se parli di pagine web devi dare le dimensioni in percentuale...
Di quelli che vanno sulle macchine?
navigatore nel senso che e' un 'rettangolo' con una serie di pulsanti.

in che senso in percentuale, in tutte le tabrelle??

il codice è troppo lungo...metti solo le cose necesarie...oppure un link alla pagina su internet...
comumque non ho capito...il problema è per la larghezza o per la lunghezza?
per la lunghezza..
nell' 800x600 mi taglia un pezzo....
