ora vorrei chiedervi che licenza dovrei usare se volessi vendere uno script...

La GPL 2 ti consente tranquillamente di vendere un programma. Non obbliga a darlo gratuitamente.

Diverso è se tu vuoi, oltre che vendere il programma, anche chiuderlo. In tal caso basta che prendi una qualunque licenza commerciale che preveda la cessione della sola licenza d'uso.

ok, ma io vorrei mettere una specie di prologo all'inizio dello script... credi che basti volgere al negativo tipo:

mi pare che questo sia un ottimo metodo per farsi denunciare dalla FSF

Non credo che tu possa dichiare NON libera la GPL

Se usi la GPL devi usarla in toto, altrimenti cambia licenza.
