va ma per 2 secondi e poi nulla
appena si avvia il server X e non tocco niente vedo il puntatore, ma appena lo muovo si blocca e non va più... tutto il resto va però...
è un PS/2 che su win va benone e su linux è sempre andato, ho guardato nel kernel ma l'ho attivato in input devices, sia come modulo che built-in

se lo hai messo come modulo fallo caricare anche con un modprobe psmouse in rc.local
dai un modprobe -l | grep input e controlla che hai
si ma il fatto è che lo vede, sia come modulo che built in, solo che va 1 secondo e poi basta
e la cosa strana è che sullo stesso pc avevo messo la slackware, stessa versione, e andava tutto (tranne il 3d della ati), e ora no
proverò a reinstallarla...
