Perdite di linea

Salve a tutti,finalmente ho trovato un forum preparato che potrebbe risolvere il mio problema!
Premetto che prima di postare mi sono letto altri thread relativi al mio problema..
Allora..ho win xp,alice 640 e modem michelangelo usb digicom..
Circa un anno fa se non sbaglio,quando c'è stato l'upgrade da 640 a 1 mega ho aggiunto una presa rj dietro al pc,da qual momento (non so se è colpa mia o di modifiche telecom) ho spesso delle disconnessioni,soprattutto appena accendo il pc,poi possono succedere ogni ora con ogni 10 ore..
Per risolvere il problema (è da un anno che tento),dalla prima presa ho tirato una coppia che mi fa solo il pc e un'altro cavo che mi deriva in parallelo 4 prese telefoniche..
Nel modem ho trovato casualmente un'utility che mi fa questo log:

Ne posto solo una parte,perchè poi è sempre uguale..
Ho visto che rifacendo le giunte il valore di downstream è salito sui 28,per poi ritornare a 27..
Questi valori valgono più o meno per tutte le prese tranne che per una (che ovviamente fa parte della linea telefoni) che ha dei valori di downstream inferiori ai 20..
Dove sta il problema,se non sbaglio la centrale è a 200 metri da casa..
Ho pensato che fosse anche problema di modem ma non ho mai provato a cambiarlo..

Potrebbe essere qualche filtro difettoso (a volte capita)oppure problemi sul doppino in corrispondenza degli armadietti in strada , in questo caso segnala al 187 che ti controllino il doppino fisicamente e non da centrale.Da come vedo pero'escluderei quest'ultimo caso.
A me e' capitato l'anno scorso , ci ho messo un mese x farmelo risolvere.
Era un contatto del doppino in un armadio all'incrocio di casa mia.

L'ultility è Michelangelo USB Adsl autolog,è nel menù avvio insieme all'altra roba del modem,ti crea un file sul desktop chiamato CnxAdslL.log..

Di filtri ne ho cambiati un paio,comunque il log che ho postato non cambia se metto o non metto i filtri..

Purtroppo se e ' un problema doppino non devi parlare con un operatrice o operatore ma con un tecnico....io ho parlato con + tecnici finche' uno serio ha capito il problema risolvendolo.

Beh per adesso vorrei sapere qualche info in più,non perchè ti credo uno stupido,anzi tutt'altro,ma penso che più pareri raccolgo meno saranno i soldi e il tempo che spenderò a chiamare tecnici,visto che essendo un installatore qualcosa so fare..

Si ho chiamato il 187 un sacco di volte.Purtroppo e' l'unico canale che aabbiamo a disposizione.
Alla fine mi hanno pure rimborsato x che' tra tutto ero rimasto senza linea telf x 6gg.......oltre che senza adsl....

Stamattina appena acceso il pc il downstraeam noise margin è schizzato a 38 e si è disconnesso,l'Upstream e il downstream Attenuation erano a 8..
Poi si è riconnesso e il downstream è sceso sui 24..
