Salve,
e' gia' tipo un mese che diverse volte al giorno mi si interrompe al'adsl, ogni volta per qualche secondo , poi ricomincia e posso riconnettermi. Ho provato anche a cambiare modem ma niente.
Ps ho xp sp2, connessione alice 1,5 mb (perche' oltretutto sono anche tra i pochi sfigati che ancora non hanno ottenuto l'upgrade a 4 mb)
Cosa potrebbe essere?

ciao io ho risolto il fastidioso problema passando da modem a router.la connessione si è stabilizzata.non succedeva spesso ma a volte mi capitava il tuo stesso problema
Quindi credi sia dovuto al modem? Perche' fino ad un mese fa non avevo mai avuto problemi del genere, e sono 3 anni che ho alice adsl...

ciao neanche io ho mai avuto grossi problemi con alice ma ultimamente a volte mi capitava...visto che ho un router ma lo usavo come modem,ho solo cambiato le impostazioni...fossi in te mi farei prestare un modem da qualcuno e proverei a vedere se fa lo stesso scherzo
E' quello che ho gia' fatto. Ho 2 modem adsl e li ho provati entrambi senza nessun risultato.

la linea telefonica su qui e' associata la adsl funziona bene ? i filtri li ai in tutti i telefoni ?, chiama il 187 e' chiedi la verifica della linea rtg " basso isolamento e verso terra " ( non dire che ai adsl )

Quindi l'unica soluzione e' comprare un router?

Non è certo al 100% che comprando un router non avrai più quei problemi. Semplicemente è risaputo che il router ha una gestione più stabile della connessione. Sicuramente è meglio accedere tramite un router che tramite un modem. Però la sicurezza che non avrai più disconnessioni non c'è effettivamente. Se hai la possibilità fatti prestare un router da qualcuno che conosci e testa la linea.Originariamente inviato da mintom
