Troppi processi attivi nella Task Manager

Ciao
La Task Manager mi dice che ci sono 34 processi attivi
Cioè, io non faccio niente, ma il computer lavora ugualmente rallentane l'apertura e la chiusura.
Servono davvero tutti?
Quali sono quelli strettamente necessari?

questi mi sembrano gli unici che potresti togliere da esecuzione automatica.
Però quello che ti assorbe risorse qui è la suite Symantec .....

Scusa se torno di nuovo sull'argomento, ma
dove tro la cartella "esecuzione automatica" per poter togliere i file?
In C:/Documents and Settings// ecc...
c'è più di una cartella con questo nome, ma sono tutte vuote.

Start > Esegui > msconfig > Avvio > togli il segno di spunta ai processi indesiderati > riavvia.
