Fedora core 4 e Oracle

Salve gente!

Dopo un po' di smanettamenti con Oracle 10g Release 2 su WIndows XP ho deciso di installarlo su Fedora Core 4.

Ho seguito questa ottima guida:

ed è filato tutto liscio... fino al riavvio della macchina!
Al riavvio Oracle sembra partire correttamente ma quando provo a raggiungere Enterprise Manager con il browser (http://192.168.2.101:1158/em) mi risponde che la connessione è stata rifiutata durante il tentativo di connessione all'IP.

Insomma secondo me c'è qualche altro processo attivo che "infastidisce" Oracle... ma quale?

Sia il firewall che SELInux sono disabilitati.

Quando eseguo
/etc/init.d/dbora start

Siccome ho installato la Fedora completa (tutti e 4 i cd) immagino che sia stato installato anche qualche servizio del 'piffero' che non mi serve ma che ostacola Oracle.
Come faccio ad individuarlo?

Conoscete qualche altra buona guida per installare Oracle su fedora core 4?

Scusatemi per il post chilometrico.

Vi ringrazio in anticipo per qualsiasi suggerimento (la macchina su cui lavoro è in test quindi, se necessario, posso anche rifare l'installazione di GNU/Linux e Oracle da capo, magari passando alla fedora core 5, se necessario).
