Nuovi driver ATI: couldn't get an RGB, Double-buffered visual

Come vi dicevo un paio di topic fa, sono usciti i nuovi driver ATI ufficiali che supportano le schede fino alla X1900PRO.

con questi sono riuscito a passare da vesa a fglrx e lo schermo finalmente va.

Però ho questo inghippo: se do da console

fglrxinfo

oppure

glxgears -printfps

esce:

Error: couldn't get an RGB, Double-buffered visual
