ripetuta segnalazione di file infetto nel pc

ho windows xp professional service pack 2.

saltuarimente (almeno 1-2 volte l'ora!) il mio antivirus (avast home edition 4.7 free)segnala la presenza di file infetto:

cancello ogni volta il file, ma poi l'avviso ricompare...

ho installato da qualche giorno "Google Desktop 4 " e ho notato che solo dopo averlo installato mi è inziata ad apparire tale avviso da parte del mio antivirus

cosa è? è collegato a google desktop? come mi consigliate di procedere?

Disabilitalo e guarda se l'avviso scompare

è strano. a volta appare infinite volte a volte no. dipende. dopo ogni riavvio v aria la situazione...

che dite?

ho segnalato la cosa all'assistenza di google desktop, nel frattempo cmq da stamattina avast non sta più segnalando il problema. ipotizzo che con un aggiornamento di avast sia stato risolto il problema
