Aiuto Form Titolo al posto indirizzo E-mail

Premesso che non conosco il linguaggio PHP, ma mi interesso più di grafica, ho trovato un form in php sme_form e volevo sapere se era possibile far comparire un titolo invece che l'indirizzo e-mail, quando il destinatario riceve l'e-mail

Ho cercato nel forum se ci fosse già qualche soluzione, ma non sono stato fortunato.

Da quello che ho capito dovresti postare tutto lo scrit perché inizalmente dichiara le funzioni della variabile email e poi sicuro la utilizza in una porzione di codice + giù.

La variabile $email viene sfruttata solo qui:

Lo script mi pare che comunque non puoi modificarlo xkè quella variabile fornisce l'email nella parte soprascritta.
