Funzione errori da PHP in ASP

Sapete aiutarmi a tradurre da PHP in ASP/VBScript questa funzione per la gestione degli errori, che invia tramite email, le informazioni sull'errore appena avvenuto ?:

error_reporting(E_ALL);set_error_handler("errorHandler");

Questo metodo si sostituisce alla gestione di default che, come in tutti i linguaggi lato-server, invia invece le informazioni sull'errore direttamente al browser.

Quando si verifica un errore, PHP invoca la funzione impostata con set_error_handler() (in questo caso errorHandler()) e passa le informazioni sull'errore corrente tramite i parametri $errno, $errstr, $errfile e $errline .

con on error resume next intercetti l'errore

if err.number>0 then 'c'è stato un errore

e all'interno dell'if ti invii l'email


l'oggetto err ha delle proprieta, se cerchi su internet trovi

la traduzione di quello script non la consiglierei

Sei un mago Santino... ma questo script lo inserisco all'interno delle pagine asp come un include?

allora,

la sub/End sub te la includi come ti pare (controlla solo che l'oggetto email che usa l'abbia anche tu sul server)

poi l'if/end if lo devi mettere in ogni punto in cui pensi ci possa essere un errore....

che ne so, all'apertura di un recordset, l'invio di una email o quant'altro....

es:

if err.number<>0 then
...
end if


objEmail.send
if err.number<>0 then
...
end if
