windows 2003 e sessioni

ciao,

ho un problema.
server iis 6 e php 5
sul php.ini la cartella per le sessioni è settata e ho creato la cartella ma le sessioni non vogliono partire cioè il file temporaneo nella cartella tmp non lo crea.

qualcuno sà cosa posso fare?
