Errore di solution con due progetti

Ciao, ho un progetto di una solution che nella BIN utilizza una DLL generata da un secondo progetto della solution

In fase di esecuzione ottengo questo errore

so che e' la prima cosa che hai fatto ma...hai aggiunto il riferimento ? (aggiungi riferimento > progetti) da tasto destro sul progetto
