Wampserver ed errore

Ciao ragazzi, allora ho scaricato il mio sito online è lo copiato in locale per effettuare dei cambiamenti ho installato wampserver solo che adesso mi è apparso questo errore

cosa sbaglio??

Ragazzi togliendo il file .htaccess il sito funziona, ma però non funziona il mod_rewrite, il file è giusto dato che lo uso anche online... Cmq come faccio a risolvere questo problema??
