Giorni fa mi ha ato la famosa blue screen. quindi ho formattatao l'unità C. reinstallo windows XP mettendoci l'antivirus AVG, Microsoft Office 2003 e MSN 9. oggi mi ha ridato la blue screen of death

ho cercato su qualche forum e facendo questa procedura trovata qua:

ho capito che il problema potrebbe essere il file ntoskrnl.exe

come posso risolvere questo problema? devo cambiare qualche componente hardware? e che cos'è il file ntoskrnl.exe ?
