Alice 7Mega lenta

Un saluto a tutti,
è il mio primo messaggio, ho un problema e devo affidarmi a voi .
Ho alice da diversi anni (forse 6/7), mai un problema, sono passato a 7 mega da parecchio, roba di anni.
Da giugno ho avuto un calo drastico della velocità in download, dagli 800k a 160k.
Il calo è fisso, nel senso a tutte le ore scarico massimo a quella velocità.
Vi riporto i dati della connessione, ma da quello che ci capisco io i dati sono buoni.

Ho chiamato il 187 ormai 20 volte, è venuto un tecnico a casa (purtroppo nn ero presente), ha controllato che il downstream fosse a 8000 e passa, ha cambiato presa del telefono ed è andato via. NB: nessun miglioramento.
Ho richiamato il 187 e dopo avermi chiuso due segnalazioni senza motivo, ieri mi ha chiamato un tecnico, dicendo che lui nn poteva fare nulla (nemmeno è venuto a casa), che ha parlato con Roma e per loro è tutto ok.

Ovviamoente io ho provato diverse soluzioni:
cambiato router
cambiato so (ubuntu, vista e 7) e pc
cambiato filtro
cambiato cavo del telefono
cambiati cavi ethernet

niente da fare, nn trovo soluzioni.

Da quello che posso capire il tuo è un problema di lentezza nella navigazione e non nell portante visto che ce l hai gia al massimo come me !!

Prova a fare un tracert su maya.ngi.it e su kplay.de e posta qui i risultati cosi possiamo verificare

Ovviamente tutti i test devono essere eseguiti con connessione scarica percui devi usare internet solo per i test

Non mi pare che ci siano saturazioni sulla rete della tua zona è il ping di una normalissima linea in interleaved , secondo me hanno toppato qualcosa nella configurazione in ogni caso fai questo test : http://www.speedguide.net/analyzer.php
e mettici qui sotto che valori ti da su MTU e RWIN senza mettere il tuo IP pubblico

Come immaginavo devi impostare RWIN a 256960 come ti spiego in questa guida :

Una volta modificato riavvia il pc e rifai il test per vedere se l ha cambiato !!

Attualmente hai un RWIN a 14656 un po poco per alice 7mega

nella nuova versione c'è solo tcp auto tuning....

Su ubuntu l'ho modificato

Normalmente si...
Io da quando uso 7 non ho mai dovuto cambiarli, solo con XP...

ma cè sempre la possibilità che un qualche programma tipo antivirus firewall o similari che ci vada a mettere le manine...

bhe allora temo che nn c'entrino nulla, nn ho antivirus ne firewall.
Pare che faccia vedere la finestra di default e che poi venga modificata nel momento opportuno.

Alla fine credo proprio sia un problema di linea, ieri ho provato tre pc diversi, con tre sistemi operativi diversi e si bloccano tutti a scaricare a 160k.
