Buongiorno,
sono nuovo del forum. Avrei bisogno di una mano, per cortesia, su un mesaggio che mi è arrivato quando ho spedito una mail all'estero. Ecco il messaggio:

Hi. This is the qmail-send program at mxavas3.alicom.com.
I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following addresses.
This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out.

Cosa vuol dire? Che l'indirizzo mail sopra indicato (nascosto, anche se è l'archivio nostro aziendale e non una delle mail esterne) è stato bloccato? Ma bloccato da loro o da noi? Grazie mille

il problema è del server d'invio che trova un errore nell'header
Gli header piu comuni della mail sono i campi from, sender, subject

Grazie per la risposta, ma mi hanno detto che la persona esterna la mail l'ha ricevuta. Non vorrei che non sia arrivato alla mail che ho giustamente nascosto! Ed essa è una mail interna. Anche perchè l'errore continua così:
