problema con rowspan

Salve a tutti, ho un problema con il rowspan e non riesco a trovare la soluzione.
il codice sotto, funziona ma non come vorrei io

Se nella seconda riga (della tabella) aggiungo il rowspan="2" si spostano le celle

Perché si sposta tutto??? e cosa posso fare per risolvere tutto??

Hmmmm.... se nella riga 1 hai 5 colonne di cui 2 con rowspan, nella riga 2 non puoi avere altre 5 colonne, ma avrai 3 sole colonne... tipo:
